On July 6, 2023, Prof. Supot Teachavorasinskun, D.Eng. (Dean of Chula Engineering), Assoc. Prof. Natt Leelawat, D.Eng. (Assistant Dean for Communications and International Affairs), Assoc. Prof. Boonchai Sangpetngam, Ph.D. (Professor of the Department of Civil Engineering) and Asst. Prof. Chayut Ngamkhanong, Ph.D. (Professor of the Department of Civil Engineering) welcomed the representatives from Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU), including Prof. MA Lei (Director, Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges) and Assoc. Prof. XIN Ling (Director, Tianyou Railway Institute) at Suan Ruam Jai Meeting Room 2, Engineering Building 3, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University.

In addition to the introduction of each organization, there was a discussion on the possibility of collaboration in student group exchange and collaborative research between Southwest Jiaotong University and the Faculty of Engineering of Chulalongkorn University.
