On August 24, 2023, Prof. Supot Teachavorasinskun, D.Eng. (Dean of Faculty of Engineering),  Prof. Tawatchai Charinpanitkul, D.Eng. (Associate Dean for Academic Affairs), and Assoc. Prof. Natt Leelawat, D.Eng. (Assistant Dean for Communications and International Affairs) of Chula Engineering, welcomed Asst. Prof. Mag Yao (Director Division of Overseas Recruitment and Admission Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs Director Chinese Language Education Center (CLEC)) and Novianty (Senior Student from the Dept. of Applied Foreign Languages) from Tatung University, Taiwan, at Suan Ruam Jai Meeting Room 2, Engineering Building 3, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University.

In addition to the introduction of each organization, there was a discussion on student exchange opportunities, double degree programs, and future collaboration between Tatung University and Chula Engineering.
