CALL FOR THE SELECTION OF FULL-TIME PROFESSORS FOR A WEEK EXCHANGE IN THE UNIVERSITAT POLITÈCNICA DE VALÈNCIA (SPAIN)

Chulalongkorn University and the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain) agreed to cooperate on the exchange of students and staff in the context of the Erasmus+KA107 program. https://erasmus-ka107.webs.upv.es/

• To whom: Professors of Chulalongkorn University
• Where to: Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).
• What for: The selected lecturers will exchange academic experiences and explore future collaboration in common research fields.
• Period of the stay in the UPV: One week (five working days and two travel days) in 2024 according to the working plan agreed with the UPV hosting Professor.

ELIGIBLE lecturers: Professors of the Industrial Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering (as appropriate according to the academic areas agreed in the Inter-institutional agreement).

APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED: BEFORE 5 April 2024 to the Office of International Affairs of the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University (Assoc. Prof. Natt Leelawat, D.Eng.; international.affairs.eng@chula.ac.th)

THE APPLICATION SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING CONTENT:

1. CV in English
2. Motivation letter where the applicant expresses why he/she wishes to participate in this exchange
3. Draft of the working plan pre-agreed with a UPV professor that should contain the overall objectives of mobility, teaching activity with a minimum of 3 teaching hours, and expected outcomes on the professional development and the development of institutional collaboration.

SELECTION CRITERIA

The selection committee will consider the following criteria:

1. Motivation letter (Up to 5 points)
2. Applicant’s curriculum vitae (Up to 5 points)
3. Proposed work plan (Up to 5 points) This section will consider the added value of mobility (for both institutions and the participant) and the expected impact and results.
4. Area of research related to collaborative robot applications (Up to 5 points)
