Prof. Natt Leelawat, D.Eng., and Dr. Aung Pyae, have been invited to serve as panelists at the Special Session of the IEEE Region 10 Humanitarian Technology Conference (HTC) 2025, at Chiba University of Commerce, Japan.

The special session, titled “Recent Disasters: Lessons, Response, and the Role of Technology,” took place on September 30th, 2025, from 15:15 to 17:45 JST, and was facilitated by Prof. Takako Hashimoto, IEEE R10 Director. Joining the discussion alongside Prof. Leelawat and Dr. Pyae is Prof. Manabu Ichikawa, a leading expert in disaster informatics from Shibaura Institute of Technology, Japan.
