International Innovative Research & Industrial Dialogue (iIRID) 2022 is a research event hosted by Faculty of Manufacturing Engineering (FKP) and Advanced Manufacturing Centre (AMC) of Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM). iIRID aims to offer a unique platform for researchers, engineers and post-graduate students from industry, especially in the field of engineering and technology, to present their research findings, establish a mutual knowledge transfer and networking. Through this platform, solutions to the problems and needs of the local industry can be shared, thus bridging the gap between university and industry in Malaysia. All participants are eligible for the attainment of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours from the Institution of Engineers (IEM) and Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT). All accepted extended abstracts will be submitted to the Clarivate Analytics under the Conference Proceeding Citation Index (CPCI) ™. Ten best poster awards of iIRID 2022 will be invited to publish the full paper in Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology (JAMT) currently ranked at Q3 SCOPUS Indexed Journal.
