On August 23, 2023, Prof. Supot Teachavorasinskun, D.Eng. (Dean of Faculty of Engineering), Prof. Tawatchai Charinpanitkul, D.Eng. (Associate Dean of Academic Affairs), and Assoc. Prof. Naebboon Hoonchareon, Ph.D. (Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering) welcomed Mr. David Sun (Chairman of Board), Prof. Ru-Jen Lin (Vice-President of office of Administrative Affairs),  Dr. Chung-Lin Huang (Dean, Office of International and strait cooperation), and Dr. Xi-Rui Chu (Office of International and Cross-strait cooperation) from Lunghwa University of Science and Technology at Meeting Room 116/3, Engineering Building 3, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University.

In addition to the introduction of each organization, there was a discussion on the occasion in the grace period of student exchange with the Department of Electrical Engineering and the possibility of collaboration in joint double degree between Lunghwa University of Science and Technology and the Faculty of Engineering of Chulalongkorn University.
