On October 17, 2023, The representatives from Chulalongkorn University led by Asst. Prof. Pongprot Chatraphorn (Vice Dean for Public Finance and Budgeting of Graduate School of Chulalongkorn University), representatives from Faculty of Engineering led by Prof. Supot Teachavorasinskun (Dean of Faculty of Engineering) and Prof. Tawatchai Charinpanitkul (Associate Dean of Academic Affairs), and Prof. Hong Kam Lo (Dean, School of Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology) joined the Memorandum of Understanding signing Ceremony between The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Chulalongkorn University signed by Prof. Bundhit Eua-arporn (President of Chulalongkorn University) and Prof. Yike Guo (Provost of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology). The purpose of this collaboration is for both institutions to establish the Double Degree Master’s Program.
