Prof. Natt Leelawat, D.Eng. (Lecturer of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University), Ms. Anne Omamo (Jomo Kenyatte University of Agriculture and Technology, Kenya), Asst. Prof. Pol. Sub. Lt. Pachanat Nunthaitaweekul, Ph.D. (Faculty of Nursing, Chulalongkorn University), and Caroline Ngugi, Ph.D. (Jomo Kenyatte University of Agriculture and Technology, Kenya). The moderator is Ms. Kodchakorn Krutphong (Master’s student of the Risk and Disaster Management Program, Graduate School, Chulalongkorn University).
