His paper, “From Principle to Practice: A Multi-Level and Comparative Review of Artificial Intelligence Policy and Governance in Thailand (2021–2026),” examines the development of AI policy and governance in Thailand and the country’s ongoing transition from responsible AI principles toward practical implementation.
