The Youth Model ASEAN Conference (YMAC) organized by Singapore Polytechnic is a simulation of an ASEAN Conference which brings together students from all ASEAN member states Delegates take on roles as diplomats from the ten ASEAN member countries, carry out research and debate on current regional and global issues faced by the region. These topics revolve around the themes of environment, economics, society, security and culture. The students will present their ideas to a panel of experts at the end of the conference. To be held from 19 to 22 December 2014.
It will be a valuable experience for Chula Engineering to meet thepeers from all over ASEAN to share and exchange views. Moreover the event is fully sponsored by the S Rajaratnam Endowment, covering air ticket, accommodation, transport and meals during the 4-day Conference.
