Apply NOW for PARE (Population Activities Resources Environment) Program.

This program offers graduate students, especially master students, 2 ways to participate:

– PARE Short Program Completion Plan provides you opportunities to work with other students majoring in different fields with diverse national and cultural backgrounds.
– PARE Joint Certificate Plan gives you opportunity to study at Hokkaido University in Japan as a special auditor for a semester or a year in order to learn about issues in various academic fields, and more specific themes and issue for research.

Application Period at PARE Central Office:    2 March – 18 May 2015
Announcement of Final Candidates:              Early June 2015

January 2016 Admission (tentative)

Application Period at PARE Central Office:   1 October – 13 November 2015
Announcement of Final Candidates:              Early December 2015
