Apply Now!!! For Alternative Economic and Monetary Systems at Summer School, Vienna, Austria

Decades of research and entrepreneurship condensed into twelve days: Scholars and practitioners will meet in Vienna fromAugust 4-16, 2014 in order to present and discuss the state of art in alternative economic systems – the most promising ideas for our economic and ecologic future! The 12-day academic program is open for students of all branches and professionals and offers a critical assessment of present ideas and models for economic and financial reform, with special regard for current ecological and social developments and future leeway.

Alternative Economic and Monetary Systems is an academic course – preparatory work, regular attendance, active participation and the preparation of a short group presentation will be required. If completed successfully, participants acquire 5 ECTS credits from the University of National Resources and Life Sciences Vienna (BOKU).

Tokyo Tech-Asia Young Scientist and Engineer Advanced Study Program 2014 on the theme “From Asia to the World”

Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan wishes to invite Chula Engineering students to participate on Tokyo Tech-AYSEAS 2014.  Participants can learn much more from the dynamism of fast-growing Asia in industry, education and governance through discussion and communication with students from different backgrounds.

This is an 11-day study visit program to Vietnam during September 7 – 17, 2014. Participants will visit to Vietnamese, Japanese companies, government organizations, educational facilities, and research institutes, etc.
